VERY IMPORTANT: Please indicate below in the "Additional Information" box of the Shipping Information section if your order is for a wedding or other special event. We'll prepare your order fresh and deliver in plenty of time for your special day. Other information we need to know about your order can be written in the same box or emailed to us.
If your mint order will be delivered during hot weather, please request overnight or two-day delivery and order the reusable cold pack/cooler combination. One cold pack/cooler combination per six (6) 120-piece boxes of bulk mints or several gift boxes is sufficient. Two are needed for 7-12 boxes, three for 13-18 boxes, etc. We cannot guarantee your mints will arrive safely unless overnight shipping is used. The cold packs and cooler are re-usable.
Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice after your order is processed. These charges will not be reflected in your purchase total on the order form. We will ship by the method you choose or select the quickest, safest, and most economical method available to us.
For credit card orders, shipping and handling will automatically be added to your order total.

· Heat safe shipping is required for replacement of perishable items. Please choose a shipping address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery and take the product away from the heat. UPS may leave residential packages at the door when no one is available to sign for it. We cannot be held responsible for damaged goods due to unclaimed packages or packages left in the heat.
· All packages must be signed for to guarantee a refund or replacement. Should an item not meet the customer's satisfaction we will replace it with a like item, offer a credit towards future purchases, or refund the item purchase price, excluding delivery charges.
· Please contact us with any problems, for a full resolution.
